1. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

You will receive a reply via email of a password and account name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

We, the Provider, use a series of map viewing utilities to facilitate interaction with your input data either by manual entry or other automated means via different communication channels. We also uses a series of free map data from different map data sources generally available in the public domain for your free access. We express our appreciation to these map source providers for the use of their free services, which at the same time, you hereby acknowledge that these free services may be modified changed suspended and or removed at any time at the absolute control of these providers. To ensure the free service is readily available to other public users who may wish to use this Site, we place certain activity level constraints on all users. You are advised to maintain a reasonable high level of activity on your account (not more than 7 continuous days of inactivity) failing which the Provider reserves the right to remove your account without notice. You are free to apply again at later dates, however more stringent scrutiny conditions shall apply on repeated registrations.

We make no promise to provide the compatibility with your elected data format or any data format. Different levels of the Services are available and you may select whichever one most suitable to your application, however we are in no way responsible for your choice of applications in using the Services. In using the free map data available at and through the Site in relation to associating with the Services, the Provider is also not responsible for the coverage accuracy or availability of any of the third party free map data sources which may be changed modified or terminated by the respective map source provider from time to time. We undertake to use our best endeavour to ensure continuity of services at all times.
You need to maintain an active and valid account to use the Service whose scope varies from time to time as is published and presented at the Site. You are under no obligation to subscribe on additional features and services which will enhance and improve your current level of service.

The Provider provides facilities to receive your reported data including time of dispatch and some GPS location data and process them to access free map data sources in the public domain for your personal viewing on these maps. The Provider does not control in any respect the information and data so reported by you via your mobile devices and whatever communication channels you may have used. The presentation information and materials available at the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, correspondence to description and fitness for a particular purpose. The Provider does not represent or warrant that the Service materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Provider does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Service or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.

11. ACCEPTANCE
You, in registering to use the Services imply that you have acknowledged and accepted that the Provider does NOT allow its site to be used for illegal, criminal, immoral, racist and or any other activities of which the Provider considers it to be objectionable. Further, you have accepted the Provider reserves the absolute right to delete any account found or suspected objectionable in its sole judgment.
